The concept that we, citizens, are just children who know no better and must be told what to do by arrogant and bullying parents (i.e. governments), irks us to no end. We, the people, created governments and somehow along this process, roles reverted. Governments have infiltrated and permeated every single decision we could possibly make, but nowhere is this so painfully obvious than in our love life, decisions and choices.

The Polish newspaper Gazeta Wyborcza interviewed yesterday the Prof. Wieslaw Lukaszewski about his point of view on the book “Polyamory. Love and intimacy with multiple partners and girlfriends''. In summary, he is against. He has a list of so-called “academic” reasons to do, so ranging from equality or inequality to free time to economic resources, to psychology.

According to the article “Polyamory is nonsense”. It would seem then that Polyamory is bad. It reminds us of the inventor that when confronted by scientists declaring that his invention was impossible, he humbly asked for forgiveness since he did not know of this fact when he made the invention work.

This professor’s point of view is typical of governments’ points of view. You cannot do this, you cannot do that. And the question we always ask is why? Why can’t I do this or that? It is my life. It is my decision. It is my property. It is my body. Where does this arrogance come from?

Life is evolution but evolution cannot go on without experimentation. Governments are there to stop evolution in order to fulfill the greedy needs of politicians. Think about it. If there is nothing to forbid, what purpose does a politician has? None whatsoever. So they forbid, and limit, and regulate and determine and so forth towards the infinite.

We have explained in our lesson Marriages Or Unions Are The Final Frontier, how unions can work in an Absolute Austro-Libertarian system. It is clear that there is room for everybody and every point of view: polyamory, monogamy or polygamy and everything in between. There is no reason to prefer one over the other at an institutional level. It is a personal and private decision.

We applaud authors that are brave enough to get “out-there” and put themselves on the line challenging the status-quo (i.e. do nothing) that politicians so much love. It is good to get experimentation going even if the state disapproves. Actually, the old saying is quite valid: whatever the state does not know, it won’t hurt it.

The Absolute Austro-Libertarian system is the opposite of government. It puts you in charge. You decide. It is your choice and nobody else’s. This is far better because your choice makes it your personal responsibility. Politicians speak all the time about responsibility and then they enforce it with laws. We are “voluntold” what to do at all times. Enough!

It is your life to live it in monoamory, polyamory, monogamy or polygamy or anything in between as you see fit. They have stolen this freedom from you and are not giving it back.

It is your choice now. Live according to government rules or according to your rules. Ultimately, your choice.
